Dear guests, to ensure safety and comfort of our
guests during their stay, we have clarified some
guidelines We assume that the Guests are
familiarised and fully understand the Guest House
Rules at the beginning of their stay in our Guest
House.
Check In/Out Times
-
Rooms can only be used by guests who are duly
registered at the time of check in with a valid
identity document.
- Check-In Time is after 01:00 PM and Check-Out Time
is before 11:00 Am. Any extension to the check out
time either pre-arranged or as a late departure, may
or may not incur a charge upon departure.
- Please carry a valid government issued photo
identity and address proof with you for Check-In
Procedure. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid
Identity Card.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify
reservations where it appears that a customer has
engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or
under other circumstances where it appears that the
reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake
or error.
- If our Check-In/Out timing does not suit your
holiday program, kindly inform us about the same.
Necessary room allotments can be arranged on prior
information, subject to availability, and may be
chargeable by us directly.
Early Departure / Check Out Policy
Upon Check In, guests will be asked to confirm the
departure date. Changes to the departure date may be
made without penalty if the rate plan permits and if
done before the end of the arrival day. The full
amount of room night shall be payable by the guest
if they wish to leave the guest house prior to their
check out date.
Damage to Homestay / Guest House property
Crystal Mountain Guest House reserves the right to
charge guests the cost of rectifying the damage.
Should this damage come to light after the guest has
departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to
the guest and send an invoice for the amount to the
registered address. We will however make every
effort to rectify any damage internally prior to
contracting specialists to make the repairs, and
therefore will make every effort to keep any costs
that the guest would incur to a minimum
Linen:-
Minor stains on bedsheet / towel / curtains etc.
that can be removed through laundering may result in
a lower fee or no fee at all. However, if the stain
is set and cannot be removed, we will charge the
full replacement cost of bedsheet towel / curtains.
Removal From Homestay / Guest house Property
Crystal Mountain Guest House reserves the right to
charge guests the cost of replacing any items that
are removed from the premises by them without
consent. The charge will be the full replacement
amount of the missing item, including any carriage
charges. Should the fact that the item is missing
come to light after the guest has departed, we
reserve the right to make a charge to the guest and
send an invoice for the amount to the registered
address.
Inappropriate Behavior, Loud Music, Noise & Bon Fire
It is the Homestay / Guest House policy that all our
guests have the right to be treated with dignity and
respect and as a responsible host we believe that we
have a duty to our guests to protect them from
inappropriate behavior. Should any actions by a
guest be deemed inappropriate by the Duty Manager,
or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to the
attention of the Duty Manager, the guest house
reserves the right, after any allegations have been
investigated, to take action against the guest.
Depending on the severity of the guest actions, the
Police may become involved at the guest house's
discretion, or guests may be asked to leave the
guest house .
Loud music
or any kind of music that could disturb others is
not allowed in any condition. From 11:00 pm to 07:00
am is the time of night peace. Noise between this
period is strictly prohibited in the rooms or
property. We invite every guest to be careful during
this period and not cause noise that can disturb
other guests or the neighborhood. Disturbing other
Guests is not allowed. The hotel keeps the right to
refuse further hospitality to the Guest who disturbs
other Guests or on other way disrespects House
Rules.
Considering environment
we do not offer bonfire
to any of our guests because bonfire can produce
'greenhouse' gases such as carbon dioxide which add
to global warming. Also Outdoor recreational fires
can become a considerable source of fine-particle
air pollution.
Lost / Damaged Property
In case any guest lose any belongings during their
stay or incur damage to their property, the
provision of the Guest house Proprietors Act will
apply. If we find any lost property, we will make
every reasonable effort to locate the owner and
return it, but if we cannot locate the owner and an
item is not reclaimed with 3 months of the guest's
departure it will be disposed of by the guest house
.
Vehicle Parking
All vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. Should
a problem occur with a vehicle in the guest house
car park or outside of the guest house, the guest
house cannot accept any liability. If a vehicle is
left in the guest house car park for more than 8
hours after the guest has departed without the
written consent of the guest house , the guest house
reserves the right to remove the vehicle at the
owners expense.
Child Policy
Crystal Mountain Guest House recognizes children as
being 12 or under. Please be aware that individuals
over 12 will be classed as adults and charged
accordingly on arrival. A child below the age of 6
years is complimentary without an extra bed with
their parents. Child food i.e. milk etc. is
chargeable. Children's of agar 7 to 12 are also
chargeable.
Other Important things to note:-

Dogs & Other Pets are not allowed.

Linen and towels are changed every third day. Guests
can request new towels and replace them. No house
keeping service after 5 PM, if you want your room
clean then you have to leave your room keys with us
so we can clean the room in the day time.

Please do not use bed sheets and towels to clean
your shoes, room dirt and any kind of dust. If such
dirt gets found in bedsheets and towels that cannot
be cleaned even after washing, then you will have to
pay the full purchasing amount for it.

The electric kettle (Only provided in Duplex and
Family Rooms on the 3rd floor) will only be used to
heat water; nothing other than water should be
heated in it. By doing this the electric kettle gets
damaged. If it is found like this then you will have
to pay the full purchasing price of the kettle.

Visitors to the room are not permitted after 09.00
p.m.

Please refrain from bringing any eatables from
outside.

Breakfast timings are 8:30 - 10:30 am and Dinner
08:00 - 10:00 pm henceforth any requests for meals
will not be accepted.

-Breakfast and Dinner is served only in dinning.
(For CP & MAP Plan).
- -Major meals like breakfast, lunch & dinner are
not allowed in the room, for this you will have to
come to the dining room or rooftop seating. However
you can have snacks in the room.
- For winters Room heater charges are not included
in the above tariff and if required would be charged
extra Rs. 500/- per day.

Wi-Fi internet is free and available in the entire
guest house. Password is provided at the time of
Check in.

Kindly note that in case you are traveling by taxi
or personal car, we shall not be responsible for
your driver's stay. However we provide them
complimentary meals/bathroom for fresh'n up and a
blanket to sleep in their cars only.

Cancellation or Alteration in bookings is
entertained. But prior information is required at
least a week before your Check-In date. Kindly also
